Pillars of Strength Set Guide: Full Card List, Chase Cards, Pull Rates, and Sealed Prices
One Piece OP03 Pillars of Strength's full card list, the Sogeking manga rare and leader alternate arts, estimated pull rates, live chase prices, and the sealed board.
By Chase Society Desk
Pillars of Strength is one of the early foundation sets of the One Piece Card Game, and it has aged into a mature, deep release built around the Whole Cake Island and Water 7 casts. Its ceiling is a Sogeking manga rare, and beneath it sits a long run of leader alternate arts that gave collectors their first crack at some of the game's most-played faces. It's a clean, established set, the kind that trades on real history rather than hype.

From there this guide covers how OP03 is numbered, which cards hold the value, the rough pull odds, and where the sealed boxes sit.
Pillars of Strength at a Glance
- Release date: June 30, 2023, the third main One Piece booster set (OP03)
- The base set runs OP03-001 to OP03-123, climbing through Leader, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, and Secret Rare
- Alternate-art "parallel" versions share the base card numbers, and the leader alt arts are the core of the chase
- A Sogeking manga rare caps the top of the value table
- The headline chase: the Sogeking manga rare, OP03-122
This is a foundation-era set, and it behaves like one. It introduced strong versions of characters from across the Water 7 and Whole Cake arcs, and many of those leader parallels stayed relevant long after release. For the card list, the value concentrates on the Sogeking at the top and the leader alt arts beneath it.
The Pillars of Strength Card List: How It's Structured
One Piece numbers a set as a single run, and OP03 follows the pattern: OP03-001 through OP03-123, with rarity rising as the numbers climb.
The base run, 001 to 123. Leaders open the set, then the deck-filling characters, events, and stages, sorted up through the Super Rares. The Secret Rares cap the numbering, with Sogeking at 122 and Charlotte Katakuri at 123.
The leader alt arts and the manga rare. OP03's chase is its alternate-art parallels, led by the leaders, plus a Sogeking manga rare in the comic-panel style at the very top. Every parallel shares its base card number, so the number never tells you the value on its own.
Every card, base and parallel, sits on the full interactive list with its current price.
Pillars of Strength Chase Cards: What's Worth Money
The Sogeking manga rare, OP03-122 leads the set. Usopp's sniper alter ego in the comic-panel manga style is a fan-favorite pull, and it sits well clear of the rest of the board as the set's one true grail.
Behind it, the leader alt arts do the work. The Nami, OP03-040 parallel is the clear standout of that group, a heavily played leader in a sought-after alternate art, and it holds second by a wide margin.
Below Nami, the field spreads across the rest of the leaders. The Charlotte Katakuri, OP03-099 and Ace, OP03-001 alt arts lead that tier, with the Water 7 and CP9 names filling in beneath them.
The rest of the chase board:
The Leader Alt Arts Carry Pillars of Strength
One Piece doesn't run subset galleries, so OP03's hook is its alternate-art parallels, and the leaders sit at the front.
A leader is the card a One Piece deck is built around, face-up the whole game, so its alternate art is the piece a player most wants on the table. OP03 gave that treatment to a broad cast, from Nami and Ace to the Charlotte family and the CP9 crew, and many of those leaders stayed playable for a long time. The Sogeking manga rare tops all of it, but the leader alt arts are where the depth lives.
Buy singles out of OP03 for value and you're mostly buying leader parallels, with the Sogeking as the one card that sits on a different tier.
Pillars of Strength Pull Rates (Estimated)
Bandai has never published odds for One Piece packs, so the rates below are pieced together from community box breaks and should be read as rough, not exact.
- A booster box holds 24 packs
- Leader: roughly 1 in every 2 packs
- Rare or better: one in every pack
- Super Rare: about 1 in 3 to 4 packs, several per box
- Secret Rare: about 1 per box
- Alternate-art parallel: about 1 to 2 per box, and this is the slot the leader alt arts come out of
The Sogeking manga rare sits at the scarce end of that last line, rarer than a standard Secret Rare. The leader alt arts come from the same parallel slot, which is why they carry premiums without reaching the Sogeking's tier: still scarce, but far more of them exist across the cast.
Pillars of Strength Sealed: Booster Box and Pack Prices
A One Piece booster box holds 24 packs, and OP03 boxes trade on being an early, out-of-print set as much as on the Sogeking inside them. Foundation-era boxes get harder to find every year, and that scarcity is what supports the sealed price on a set this old. The wider One Piece sealed picture is something we follow on the market movers board.
An early set that has been opened for years leaves plenty of singles around, so the sealed side leans on box scarcity rather than a single blockbuster chase. That makes OP03 a steadier sealed hold than the top-heavy recent sets.
Why Pillars of Strength Endures
The value table is only part of why this set still matters.
OP03 came early enough to define how a lot of players first met these characters on cards. The Water 7 and Whole Cake casts it introduced, from Katakuri to the CP9 crew, seeded archetypes that kept mattering, and the Sogeking gave the set a genuine grail to anchor it. Foundation sets like this one hold a place newer, flashier releases can't take.
The Sogeking manga rare is the object at the front of it. A beloved fan alter ego in the game's rarest treatment, on one of the sets that built the format.
Pillars of Strength sits early in the One Piece run, after Paramount War and ahead of Kingdoms of Intrigue. A foundation set, a cast that kept mattering, and a Sogeking that still tops the board years after the boxes stopped printing.
