Hope all of you had a great weekend chasing Chaos Rising cards and pulled some hits!
But while some of us were busy hunting Mega Greninja… some absolutely wild Pokemon sales were going down behind the scenes.
Let’s take a look at the hottest auctions of the week:

Vintage especially continues to hold strong, with a special shoutout to Gyarados taking the #1 and #2 spots this week with two monster sales above $40,000. Is this the result of one Gyarados super-fan cornering the market or does this signal an oncoming trend? We’ll keep an eye out.
On the sealed side, Ascended Heroes continues to be at the top, grabbing 2 spots in the Top 5.
Two Booster Bundle Display Cases selling for roughly $9,000? Yeah… that is kind of insane.
To put things into perspective, Booster Bundles are currently hovering around $90 each. A full Booster Bundle Display Case contains 60 Booster Bundles, putting the estimated sealed value at roughly $5,400 based on bundle prices alone.
So these buyers basically paid a 70% premium just to have all the product shipped together and sealed. If you’ve got the money, to each their own!
