Black Bolt and Celebrations Lead as the Boxes Catch the Bundles (Market Movers)
The catch-up trade reached the boxes this month. Black Bolt's ETB ran 41%, Celebrations broke to $512, and Pitch Black turned green across box and bundle.

The Catch-Up Reached the Boxes
A week ago the cheapest product in each set led and the headline boxes sat flat. We said the next leg lived in those boxes, the ones standing still while their cheaper sibling climbed. Over the past 30 days that's where the money went.
The Elite Trainer Boxes did the running this time. Black Bolt's ETB tops the whole board at +41% on the month, from $130 to $184, and it climbed in a near-straight line the entire way. The surprise sits one rank below it. Celebrations, the 2021 anniversary box, held flat near $385 for three weeks and then ran to $512 in the last ten days, up 33% and still printing fresh highs into this week. White Flare (+20% to $150), Paldea Evolved (+16% to $236, most of it in the last seven days), and Prismatic Evolutions (+14% to $183) fill out a board that was already green a week ago and is climbing again.
Pitch Black Called Its Bottom
Last week we put Pitch Black, the newest set on the board, up as the live tell: if the bundle bounce held and the box quit setting fresh lows, a young set would be marking its own floor. It did exactly that. The Booster Box is up 19% to $300 from $251, and the Booster Bundle is up 20% to $78 on the month, having bottomed near $56 before snapping back. It wasn't alone. Surging Sparks (+15% to $306) and Vivid Voltage (+15% to $345) climbed beside it, the kind of broad booster-box demand that a month ago only showed up in bundles.
The Bundles Held
The bundle board is still green, but read just the last week and most of it has gone sideways. Black Bolt's bundle, the name we led with two weeks running, sits at +20% to $87 on the month yet barely moved this week. White Flare's did the same near $80. The one bundle still pushing is Phantasmal Flames, +18% to $84 with 9% of that in the last seven days, while Lost Origin stepped up to $192. Fewer bundles are moving than a month ago, and the ones still climbing are the ones that started late.
The Laggards
The soft side of the board is the high-ticket sealed and the one set nobody wants. Chaos Rising's ETB is still the worst name on it, off 16% to $77 and now flattening at the bottom. The expensive boxes gave back the most in dollars: Paldean Fates off 13% to $476, Scarlet & Violet 151 off 9% to $610, and Destined Rivals's Booster Box off 8% to $596. Mega Evolution's box is down 9% on the month too, but it stopped falling, bouncing 6% off its low in the last week.
One To Watch
The two sharpest seven-day moves aren't on either board above, by design. Those boards are ranked by the month, and these have a flat month with a hot week. Crown Zenith's Perfect Order bundle dipped to $37 and snapped back to $42, a 13% turn in a week off a board that's gone nowhere in thirty days. Phantasmal Flames's Booster Box did a noisier version of the same, up 10% in seven days to $465 while flat on the month. Both are early, both need to hold, and both are the kind of weeklong move that earns a watch before it earns a board spot.
The Read
The trade we flagged last week arrived. The cheap end led for a month, the boxes those bundles sit next to held still, and this week the boxes started to move. Black Bolt's ETB ran 41%, Pitch Black's box and bundle both turned, and the vintage shelf woke up with Celebrations. That's the rotation broadening up the price ladder instead of fading, which is the healthier version of the demand we've been tracking.
The hedge is the top of the market. The most expensive sealed, 151 and Paldean Fates and the Destined Rivals box, is still where the selling lands when buyers get picky, and none of it has turned yet. The bear case we named last week was the Mega Evolution block dragging the recent-set shelf down with it. This week it stopped sliding and bounced, which takes some air out of that worry without clearing it. What we're watching into next month is whether the box catch-up spreads past the twin sets and Pitch Black, or stalls the way the bundles just did.
